Montreal to San Francisco

in a Fibreglass Buggy

Dear John's Bug Shop,

We thought you should know that my wife and I are taking on the daring task of driving

our recently re-built Berrien Nostalgia buggy across North America on July 1st. That will be over 6,500 miles!

We bought a Nostalgia shell in fall of 2007 from you

and used it to rebuild an old Manx clone we had been driving.

This was a complete rebuild starting with the replacement of the frame head

followed by new zero mile engine and tranny.

If you recall, you were very accommodating and actually brought the shell all the way out to Embrun, Ont.

This was very appreciated!

We will be leaving Montreal and heading to San Francisco

follow by a 'short' drive down to L.A. to attend the Manx Club Big Bear Bash and drive back.

My wife has promised to document and keep a daily diary of our journey.

Thank you for having provided an outstanding service John's Bug Shop!

For your viewing pleasure, here's our itinerary.

We've planned the 1st part of the trip all the way to L.A.

But will leave the return trip plan open to see how things go on the way there.

Vincent Parisien
